Brian Mattingly, CEO
Prior to founding Welcomemat Services in 2003, Brian spent nearly a decade with two enterprise software companies. Brian was Director of Sales for OSI Software, handling many Fortune 1000 accounts, including HCA Healthcare, International Paper, and Dollar General. Brian also ran a sales division with Platinum Technology which was acquired by Computer Associates. Brian received a BA with honors from Georgia State with a major in marketing, and has completed executive coursework at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Michelle Mattingly, Vice President of Operations
Michelle began her career in public relations with Fleishman-Hillard, Chicago, working on several regional and national accounts. She has been published as a freelance writer in national, local and online media and has contracted as a copywriter for advertising agencies on regional and international campaigns. When Welcomemat Services was formed in 2003, Michelle took on a project management role focused on brand development and business expansion. Currently, she is the Vice President of Operations. Michelle attended The College of Charleston, received the Scholarly Journal Award and graduated with a BA in English Literature.

Son Kim, Franchise Development
Son has 8 years of experience in marketing and tourism. As the Marketing and Sales Manager, Son led marketing initiatives for the Ocala/Marion County Visitors and Convention Bureau. She was the Travel Manager for the University of Miami before joining the Welcomemat Services team. Son holds a BA in Marketing from the University of South Florida.

Sarah Baker, Operations Administrator
Sarah brings over 7 years of experience in operations administration to the Welcomemat Services team. Prior to joining Welcomemat Services, Sarah was National Operations Coordinator for one of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders and was vital to their expansion, traveling throughout New England to assist new branches as they opened their doors for the first time. As a former zookeeper, Sarah spends as much time as possible with friends that have four legs and swing from trees, and worked with Duke University on a project to reintroduce lemurs to the wild in Madagascar.

Ryan Stockmal, Graphic Artist-Production
Ryan has significant experience in print & web design. From magazine ads to instore signage, Ryan has worked with major companies throughout the US, as well as other various small companies and nonprofits. Ryan holds an Associates Degree in Print Design from Chattahoochee Technical College.
Emily Ly, Staff Accountant
Emily holds a BA of Business Administration with a dual degree Accounting and Finance. Emily’s experience prior to joining Welcomemat Services includes real estate accounting and professional tax services. Emily is fluent in English, Vietnamese and Chinese.
